MJ Consulting have over 25 years management development experience within the Finance, Legal, Retail, Utilities, Telecommunications and Public sector. Based in the South East of England we specialise in leadership, management and team building development. Within these sectors we have worked with employees at all levels ranging from newly appointed or soon to be appointed managers through to directors.

Our bespoke programmes include a wide range of interesting, meaningful and enjoyable activities that will be developed specifically for you. We also offer a range of standard programmes to cover a number of management and leadership skills and these can be tailored to include any issues or procedures that are unique to you.

Who We Are

The business was founded as a partnership, MJ Consulting, in 2001 by Michelle Eardley and Jacky Craythorne. However it was soon evident that the business was growing rapidly and therefore, two years later, it was rebranded as M J Partners in Learning Ltd. Although the name changed the ethos and belief of the compant did not.

Both Jacky and Michelle have extensive experience in people development at a variety of levels and in a broad range of organisations. Based in South East England the team delivers solutions to businesses in both the Public and Private sector across the UK.

M.J. Partners in learning specialises in developing highly effective working relationships with clients, any of whom have been supported by us since we started and continue to use us as their preferred supplier for employee development.

The Directors

Jacky Craythorne CMIPD – Director

With over 20 years experience working in Employee and Management Development, Jacky has worked across a range of sectors including Financial, Utilities, Government and Trade Association. Her experience has given her a strong belief that the ability of teams to work to their full potential relies heavily on the manager who leads them.  This has led to key areas of interest and specialism in coaching and skills development for managers at all levels within an organisation. She has been actively involved in the design and delivery of a range of development interventions aimed at improving the skills set and confidence of line managers.

Michelle Eardley - Director

Michelle has over 20 years experience working in Employee and Management Development -experience gained from working across a range of sectors including Retail, Financial, Trade Association and Education. Michelle has worked closely on coaching for managers from first level Supervisors to Executives. She has designed/ developed a range of initiatives for use within organisations including Competency Frameworks, Performance and Development Review systems and bespoke Management Development programmes. Michelle believes that people learn best when having fun and taking an active role in their own development.
